Kris retired after 22yrs in the Navy in the summer of 2019 to become a full-time Real Estate Investor. During the last 10yrs in the Navy, Kris spent much of his time in project management and planning. His responsibilities included personnel, budget and information management, planning multi-nation operations and creating a new organization.
In the past 4 yrs Kris has managed the construction of 8 executive level homes, and most recently he completed the development of phase 1 of a 44 lot subdivision. Although relatively new to the construction scene, Kris has taken his years of experience in the Navy to his new career as a Residential Development Manager.
